2008 SUMMER SOCCER CAMPS
U8-U11 Skills Camp
During the last week of July each Summer, the Roadrunner Soccer Club sponsors a one-week Summer Camp at McCollum Park for current and returning Roadrunner players. Training sessions were run by trainers who currently work with our Club. Training will work on foot skills, speed and technique.
The cost of the one-week session is $75 for currently registered players and $100 for non-registered players.
U12-U14 Skills Camp
This Summer, the Club will also sponsor a one-week Summer Workout for Roadrunner players who were interested in developing tactical and technical skills, ages U12 through U14. These advanced training sessions will be conducted by current team trainers at McCollum Park. Functional training will focus on advancing foundational skills and introducing team tactics.
The cost of the one week session will be $75 for currently registered players and $100 for non-registered players.
Interested families can register by downloading a registration form that will be provided on this site and mailing the form with your payment (made payable to DG Roadrunners) to the club address listed on the form.
There will be no rain dates in case of inclement weather since facility and training time has been reserved in advance.
Campers will receive a camp t-shirt and feedback on strengths and areas for development. Players should arrive with appropriate soccer gear, water, shin guards and soccer ball for each session.

U8-U9 Skills Camp
The Roadrunner Soccer Club sponsored an eight week Winter Camp beginning each Sunday afternoon from January 13 through March 2 at the DG South High Fieldhouse for current Roadrunner and other interested players. Training sessions will be led by trainers who currently work with our Club. Training worked on foot skills, speed and technique.
To accomodate family schedules, players were able to attend partial session at $10 per session. Interested players registered by completing the camp application and return the completed application with their fee payment. This camp was limited to the first 40 players who registered.
The cost of the eight-week session was $65 for currently registered players and $80 for non-Roadrunner players.
